First Time Orders
Vancore Plastic Packaging focuses on good communication to enhance the supplier to vendor relationship.
Here are common questions and answers to the first time order inquires:
Do you require a deposit for the order?
We request a 50% deposit on your first two orders to help us cover the cost of the materials we need to purchase on your behalf. Following these orders, we welcome your orders without deposit based on your payment history with us.
Will I need credit references?
For 30 or 60-day payment options, we request 2 credit references
Can I make payments with Visa, MasterCard or American Express?
Yes. We do however charge the extra 3% for to cover the cost of credit fees.
Will I have a confirmed delivery date with my order?
Yes, and we deliver on time.
What if there is a problem with my order when it’s delivered?
Should there be an error of any kind, or delivery issues, call us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
What are your financial requirements for a new mold to be made for my product?
All new molds must be paid in full and in advance. Please refer to Custom Designs for custom design orders.
What are the terms for payment?
We allow 30 days from delivery for your final payment for goods. After 30 days, a 2% interest charge will be applied monthly, and after 90 days 4%.
Do you offer an incentive for early payment?
You bet! If your payment is received at our office within 10 days of delivery, we offer an extra 3% of goods to your next order- Free.
How will I know when the order has been shipped?
Each order will have a confirmation email sent the day of the shipment with a confirmation of the delivery date.
Who is my contact person after my order is placed?
Your account representative will be happy to assist you in any issue you face. You may go directly to our Admin department for accounts payable, delivery queries, or quality control. The manager of that department is Cheryl Marshall.

Important Additional Information:
Your order must be confirmed with a signed purchase order before we begin processing the order.
You will receive an order confirmation number when the order is processed.
All orders are delivered within 10% plus or minus as is standard in the industry.
