We won’t succeed in our business, unless we focus on how to help each customer achieve their goals, and hopefully exceed them.
As a customer at Vancore Plastic Packaging, you can count on us to:
- Stay in touch. We will keep you advised of the status of your orders, inventory, and design productions on a regular and efficient schedule. Likewise, we remain available to customers through phone, email, and fax.
- Price fairly. Like you, we want to make money in business. We believe one advantage we have over other plastic packaging manufacturers is our patience!
We don’t need to “get rich” off of any one client. By pricing competitively and producing quality, we expect to create long-term relationships that benefit both the client and ourselves, and eventually the end-user.
- Produce to Specifications. It is common in this business to produce what will suffice. Our commitment to you is to produce and price your product to your specifications: no gimmicks.
- Keep it Simple. Life is complicated enough without your supplier adding more red tape! Our order process is outlined, the paperwork is consistent with each repeat or new order , and yes, we will send a bill and gratefully accept your payment.
